Information collected through the contact form

The contact form collects the information you choose to provide, including service area, name, email address, organization, timing, systems involved, and workflow description.

Do not submit sensitive data

Please do not send passwords, API keys, customer records, regulated data, or confidential documents through the public intake form. Project-specific materials and credentials are handled only after a written scope and an approved exchange method.

How inquiries are used

Ori8 uses inquiry details to review whether the workflow looks like a practical fit, needs clarification, or should become a scoped paid engagement. Submitting the form does not start a project or authorize access to any system.

Analytics

Ori8 currently uses Google Analytics to measure page visits and basic site interaction. Workflow descriptions and other form-field contents are not intentionally sent to analytics events.

Newsletter

The newsletter checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If selected, Ori8 may use your name and email address to send occasional practical automation notes. Newsletter messages should include an unsubscribe option.

Cookies and local storage

The website loads Google Analytics and may use ordinary browser storage or cookies needed by analytics or the interactive demo. The public intake form should not store workflow descriptions in browser analytics payloads.

Sharing

Ori8 does not sell website inquiry information. Hosting, email, analytics, and newsletter providers may process information only as needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries.

Retention

Inquiry and project-record retention is handled according to the business need and any later project agreement. Public intake is for qualification only and should not contain confidential operational material.

Material updates will be reflected by changing the last-updated date on this page.
